Probably not.: This sounds like a sub conjunctival hemorrhage, a broken blood vessel underneath the thin transparent membrane over the white of the eye. It will not cause any permanent problem and will go away by itself in 2-3 weeks. It was small spot often gets opaque when I see. now it grew a bit larger circle through which I see light greenish images. Rest of the field is normal. Opthalmologist dialated n said it is floater and prescribed some vit. suppl and a lubricant eye drops.
