Is there something natural available to relieve and preferably cure lichen sclerosis? I'm not interested in allopathic drugs. I'm hoping for something natural to ease the discomfort when my skin tears or gets itchy sours and my dream come true would be so
Unfortunately,: Unfortunately, I am not aware of any natural remedies for lichen sclerosis. Also lichen sclerosis is a diagnosis that needs to be made by a health care professional by doing a biopsy of the area. It is important to make sure that there aren't other potential causes such as vaginal cancer although it is quite uncommon. Lichen sclerosis can be treated with a topical corticosteroid but one that has a stronger potency that the corticosteroids found over the counter at the pharmacy. After treatment for 4-6 weeks you will only need to apply it to the area 1-2 times weekly to maintain the improvement. Vaginal estrogen can help the symptoms too. It is possible that natural remedies such phytoestrogen supplements used for menopause may be helpful but I don't think that has been studied. Clobestasol is the name of the corticosteroid that can be used to treat lichen sclerosis. If you find something natural that works please do post on the bulletin board. ...Read more
Diet and exercise: Proper diet and exercise can help with both stress and depression. It doesn't have to be yoga.I relieve stress by going on walks and taking zumba classes at the gym. I took a kickboxing class once - it sure felt good to kick and punch my stress away. It also helps to reduce the refined sugars and caffeine in your diet. Accupuncture, counseling and support groups are other options. ...Read more

Depends, types: Preventing a headache is often the best treatment. How to abort a headache without using medication depends on what might have contributed to the headache, whether it is migraine, or tension or another type. Massage, drinking water, cold compresses, and really good sleep are often helpful. In my clinic we use pemf and microcurrent for headaches. ...Read more
Unsure how to answer: As I am not sure how long ago the stitches were placed, or where or why. If it from old stitches, scar manipulation can help break up adhesions and myofascial triggers. However, this would not be recommended with fresh sutures. There are creams that can help as well. I wish I could help more, but without knowing more, that's about all I can suggest. Best of luck! ...Read more

I get very dry sinuses from air conditioning. Are there any medications or home remedies to relieve the discomfort?
I have had productive cough for 3 days. Now, it becomes excessive and it annoys me. What kind of medication should I take to relieve this symptom?
