Endo: First off, i wouldn't give up so easily. Call the pharmaceutical company and ask for help obtaining your prescription from a different pharmacy. But if that fails, there are other less effective options: Depo-Provera provera, (medroxyprogesterone) continuous low dose birth control pills, and danocrine. And, i've seen people get pain relief from acupuncture! also an herbal supplement called "pine bark extract" may help. ...Read more

Terrible: Hate the drug. It has bad side effects and very few indications in my opinion. If it's given for endometriosis or pain, there are other treatments. The most effective treatment of endo is surgical excision. This can cure the disease but there are few providers capable of this procedure. Recurrent pain after surgery needs to be addressed but Lupron (leuprolide) is not the answer. Ther are a few indication. ...Read more
