My nose is stuffed. So I took a bulb syringe with a solution of warm water and some salt and squeezed it up my nose. Doing this is ok right?
OK!: This is an effective treatment for nasal congestion. It is usually less uncomfortable to add a little baking soda to the salt water. Lately I've had the worst trouble sleeping my doctor has suggested warm milk it works sometimes and melatonin..take one if it doesn't work take two.I usually end up at 3am wide awake and can't go back to bed.any solutions??
