If it's: Symmetrical (equal or almost equal both sides) chances are its your skull! (Phrenology I the study of such bumps which used to me a form of medical diagnosis)

No: Injury to the helix will not cause hearing loss. If the site of injury develops a lump or ulcerates, it would be prudent to see a doctor, in case it got infected and needs to be treated with antibiotics.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats.
