Soft Lump On The Tongue
I have had a soft lump under my tongue its been there for some what of a possible 1-2 months should I be worried? Because i am.
16 y/o. Soft lump in tip of tongue for 6 years, no pain or swelling. Doctor doesn't know what it is, kinda worried but I don't know what it is. Ideas?
My 17 teen y/o symptoms: less bm upper left soft abdominal lump constipation white tongue/mild coated tongue heart palpitations slightly bloated !?
Needs to be seen: Nobody here can do a thing with this mix of symptoms / signs. Plenty of teens are constipated -- most often it's from not drinking enough water. Plenty of teens have crud on their tongues -- dental floss may be all that's needed to remove it, and it usually means nothing. A majority of teens have some palpitations. Swelling?: Probably swelling if you had trauma or bit your tongue during your sleep. It could also be a mucocele which is a sac full of mucous that may need drainage and/or steroid injection to help prevent recurrence. If it's not painful or severe symptoms ok to give it a couple days to see if resolving. I have noticed a hard painless lump on the right top of my tongue. No discoloration and not very noticeable. What could this be?

Absolutely: Hard, painful lumps in the middle of the tongue are not part of your normal anatomy. Your post did not say how long you have this, whether your tongue was traumatized, or if it is at the surface or deep in the tissue.
