Bumps are papules : No one can diagnose a lesion with so little information. However, if the bump, or papule, has only been there a little while , you can just wait and see if it goes away. This time of year, it could well be a bite , or it could be an early pimple and may get painful after time. Show it to your parent and see a doctor if it becomes symptomatic or stays a long time.
