I have back pain in at the bottom of my back for about 3 years now and I have a lump on my knee and my dad have MS I have about 75% of the symptoms.?

I am a dancer. Symptoms- swelling, shadows on inside, aching when used, a lump on the outside in line with the centre of the knee. ?

I have had a lump on my knee for about 5yrs, it's a little larger than a pea & dome shaped. It does not move & hurts at times. Should i be worried?
