Neither: It is highly unlikely that you have either appendix or colon cancer. You are probably pressing on the cecum and ascending colon the liquid stool is making the sound. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco or alcohol in any form. ...Read more

Go to the ER.: There can be many explanations for your symptoms. Two of those, though, are fairly urgent in nature, appendicitis and an incarcerated hernia. With either of those, you should be seen in the emergency room immediately. Call 911 if you have no other way there. Good luck. ...Read more
