I have a lump on my forearm muscle and im kind of worried about it. Only hurts when i press it. Arm feels perfectly fine other than that lump. Clues?

Hematoma: It's possible that a small hematoma or bruise may have been caused by the shot IF this swelling is at the site of the injection.
