Noticed a pea-sized, soft, squishy lump below my elbow-I'm able to move it and it even disappears and reappears. What is it?! Should i be concerned?

Seek medical attn: Most likely this "lump" is unrelated to his stroke, but the only way to know what is going on is to be evaluated by a medical professional. If he was placed on blood thinners for his stroke it is possible that it could be a hematoma, but again he would need to be seen by a physician to determine this. Olecranon bursa: It sound as if you are describing an olecranon bursa. They are benign . It could be aspirated and then a compressive dressing applied for a few days and that should relieve it.
