Not Healthy food: Processed meats are not healthy food. it is to be avoided. so should Red meat be aavoided as these foods increase the risk for Cancer. You can eat plant based foods(fruits and vegies), Pasta and grains and Poultry meats. Fish is the best alternative. You can supplement this with Soy products like Tofu and Eggs. You can also use Plant Nuts as a good source of Proteins(in place of meats). ...Read more

Multiple responses: Carbs and sugar effect changes in insulin and blood sugar levels which, when abnormal, can cause palpitations. SMG and sodium causes salt and fluid retention, high blood pressure and heart failure with palpitations. Nitrates cause asthma and allergies in some.
