Social Anxiety Disorder (Overview)

Like all anxiety disorders, it is biologically based. The person is preoccupied & is self conscious of his behaviour in public & during social interaction, feels the center of judgement and he is not fit enough, so quite often they avoid parites, meetings , eating in public or even asking questions all because of fear of being judged negatively. Treatment is both meds & cbt & is very effective.
