Good day. I am male, 26 years old.My problems are irritability, low self-confidence, depression, apathy, shyness or social phobia, social anxiety.
I'm terrified of using public restrooms. If it's an emergency I use a stall not a urinal. Is this related to my social anxiety or am i just very shy?
I'm an introvert which means I like to be alone.
