Hmmmm...: That is certainly a new one for me! I've only been a doc for 30 years, so I'm still learning. Maybe another doc on this forum will recognize the cause right off. However, it is certainly not normal, and if it is new, you need to get checked and find out why. Tingling can have lots of causes, including vitamin deficiencies.
