Yes: You must know that there's a problem here. The anxiety you avoid by the washing looms worse than the pain you experience during and after. Hmmmm...: That is certainly a new one for me! I've only been a doc for 30 years, so I'm still learning. Maybe another doc on this forum will recognize the cause right off.
