Doesn't look like luekoplakia but my mouth has white looking lines and it only happens when I irritate it with snuff it happens below gum line?

It is leukoplakia: By definition, any white patch is that. If you see it where you place the snuff, then the snuff is causing an irritation of the tissues. In time they will disintegrate along with the bone underneath. High risk for oral cancer which can be fatal, and most often is disfiguring because so much of the mouth/face needs to be cut out to remove all the cancer. Might want to rethink the snuff use. Inflammatory chemicals from this region can cause lymph nodes in the region to become enlarged and tender (usually). Generally, a Dentist would recommend removal. Also, good oral exam is warranted given history of snuff usage. Reduce your risk of oral cancer by quitting. Lymph node swelling without pain should be followed over time. ...Read more
