Whenever i sneeze i feel electricity and painful tingling & weakness from my chest till both hands since 2 years, no neck or back pain, why ?
Severely painful tingling sensation going down my neck into shoulders, back, arms and hands when I sneeze. Was in minor car accident 2 weeks ago. ?
I woke with my right hand feeling numb and my lips tingling. Now 18hrs later I still have a headache. I really only hurts now when I cough or sneeze.

A couple thoughts: It could be due to the positon of your arms while sleeping. Try changing. Avoid arms over the head and lying on the arms or keeping arms bent at elbow. Otherwise, you may have a conditon called carpal tunnel syndrome. It often manifests when going to be. Google this! there is treatment. Read my posts elsewhere and those of others.
