If you do not have withdrawal symptoms you may be able to stop on your own but I would suggest finding an Addictionologist in your area who can provide some group or individual therapy. Healthy longer life: Jib is just one slang term for crystal methamphetamine, and isn't any different than any other "brand" of this awful drug. What you should expect is relapse, unless you get involved in some form of support system. It is a difficult drug to quit, and congratulations on making the decision.
