I lost my sense of smell about one year ago .. And I have a chronic sinusites now i'm using prednisolon does it have side effects if used in long term?

Hasn't been studied: Children living in homes where second-hand cigarette smoke is present have a higher incidence of upper respiratory infections, sinus problems and asthma, and get pneumonia more often as well. It is very possible the same thing occurs with marijuana smoke, but i can find no studies. If the half-life is 3 days that means it will take 3 days for half of it to leave your system & 6 days for 3/4 of it to be eliminated.
