I'm a 25 year old female and for the last 8 days i've had small pink spots on my abdomen. The spots aren't raised, nor are the itchy. Thoughts?

Mole on my neck is dry and has small dark spots on it. I also have several new small moles that have popped up on my back and abdomen. Is this normal?
