White lesions: Sorry, can't possibly diagnose over the computer. All white lesions should be evaluated by your Dentist, especially if lesion has been present longer than 10-14 days. Very common to: play with that bump on your tongue that is there because you bit it hard and caused some trauma and perhaps bleeding, and some inflammatory tissue built up in area causing a bump. that will go away, may take couple weeks. in the meantime try not to play with it-:). ...Read more
