Penis bumps: Penis bumps can be many things. Some STDs, some not. Only general advice can be given without a photo or physical exam. Top 2 photos are non-STDs: Fordyce spots (sebum which can be extricated by M.D. or left alone), Infected hair follicle (plucked and kept clean). Could Be Anything: With out an exam, it is hard to say from your description. If they have always been there and not changed, then may be small hemangiomas (blood vessels). If they are recent, they could be anything from things similar to pimples, bug bites, fungal infections (ringworm or tinea versicolor), to different types of moles or growths. Have it evaluated at your next doctor visit. Sooner, if changing. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

They are often itchy/tender and scratched at producing a small scab. They tend to come and go. There is no permanent cure, but i often treat flares with antibiotics. I would go see a dermatologist for a definitive diagnosis and treatment options. ...Read more

Acting fine next day: If a child is acting differently, even after a mild injury, he should be seen by his primary doctor. Sometimes an E.R. visit is needed, depending on the symptoms. A baby who acts normally the next day is almost always fine. ...Read more
