Eczema can present itself in many different ways and one of those presentations can be small, deep seated blisters on the palms or soles that are very itchy. You most likely have something called palmoplantar dyshidrosis or vesicular palmoplantar eczema. It's not contagious or worrisome, but you'll need to see your doctor to get a prescription strength cortisone cream to help the problem go away.
