Testicular size widely varies among adult males with an average volume of some 31 ml-maybe ranging from 12 to 55 ml as empirically calculated with a formula of D1 x D2 x D3 x 0.71. In general, the size does not matter as long as being adequate for developing male sex characteristics, maintaining sex desire and energy for daily living, and producing enough count of sperms.
