Still possible.: Could still be it. Could be something else as well. Unless you are immunocompromised a topical anti fungal such as terbinafine or miconazole should work well. Talk with your local pharmacist and use as directed. ...Read more

Do what derma says.: Duracan is an antifungal that can be used to treat ringworm. The elica m cream contains another antifungal as well as a steroid. This antifungal treats the ringworm, and the steroid just helps the ringworm be less red and itchy. There are lots of ways to treat ringworm. It is harder to kill fungus on nails so be sure to follow up with your dermatologist whenever you're supposed to go back. ...Read more

It took 3 weeks after i started treating "ringworm" it's spreading. Small dots on chest can it be pityriasis rosea or ing worm spreads fast like dots?

Hard to tell: You history is too vague to get an answer. If you had been using an anti-fungal cream yet the "ringworm" continued to spread, then it is not ringworm. Perhaps it is time for you to see your doctor. ...Read more

Two issues: The public HT site does not offer diagnosis and or treatment.If you can find a HT prime doc that will accept you, some of those services are possible.Read the site info. If your assumption is correct, lotrimin (clotrimazole) applied twice a day is adequate for ringworm, but may require more than a week to see any change. Yes: Tinea corporis (ring worm) can be contagious and can certainly spread. It is common to have several areas of ringworm at once in different body areas.
