Get seen: I've learned i can't second-guess rashes, but this does need to be seen. It's not typical, but dermatitis herpetiformis might act like this and there are several other manageable skin problems that come to mind as well. ...Read more

Papules: It really sounds as if you have two from us. I cannot envision what are the bumps on the roof of the mouth would relate to the bumps on your skin.
