I have a small, red circular piece of skin just on my knuckle. It is all red and was just wondering what it might be?

Skin lesion: Without examining this one cannot make a diagnosis, but if it's flat and has been there for weeks, it could be a benign hemangioma. If it's very recent it could be a leak from a tiny skin blood vessel (capillary) and will fade in a week or so. See your physician if it persists. ...Read more

I had a very small piece of red stool is this most likely caused from the pizza I had 2 days ago? I am 16 years old.

I am not sure...: It is improvident to be certain that you are not bleeding so further history is needed. I wonder why you isolated the pizza as the cause knowing you have eaten other things. I will advise a visit with your doctor for proper assessment. Take care go easy on pizza though!!! ...Read more

My 3 yo got a bug bite a week ago. All that's left is two small red dots flush to the skin. Should I be concerned? No redness around them.

My 3 yo got a bug bite a week ago. All that's left is two small red dots flush to the skin. Should I be concerned? No redness around them.

Bug Bites: Although bug bites can be dramatic and even hurt when you get bit, most heal well as you describe. You have looked for all the concerns that would signal an infection, like surrounding redness or swelling. It appears that this is healing well and it may take some time for the small red dots to completely resolve. ...Read more

Difficult to: Tell what these are without seeing them in person. I would wonder if you have gained weight in your face, could you have some underlying endocrine problem. You obviously have been seen by a physician, I would return or see a dermatologist for further evaluation. ...Read more

Pinworm infection: This sounds like pinworm. Definitely sanitation there might be lower than where you're from-and the pinworm eggs can survive for 2 or 3 weeks outside the body-so easy to pick up. Not sure if you're familiar with the tape test? Where you stick clear tape around your anus first thing in the a.m. (to get eggs) and bring to a doc. Or try empiric therapy-pyrantel pamoate, mebendazole or albendazole. ...Read more

I had a lymp as big as small marble come up on my forearm, very tender to touch, no redness, went down in about two hours. You can still feel a small?

? contusion: Most often a transient lump is the result of trauma/an injury or contusion, even if you can't recall something like that happening. The injured tissues swell, or there is a broken blood or lymph vessel that causes a lump. It is quite reassuring that it essentially disappeared so quickly. It is not surprising that a small focus can still be felt. You can watch this. ...Read more

Infantile rash: This could be a number of things depending on the age of your child. Anything from erythema toxicum neonatorum to infantile acne are all potentially possible.
