I have small red itchy bumps on both my shoulders. they're extremely itchy and red and sore. I'm so confused. I'm a female teen ?
Pic worth 1000 words: There's no substitute for seeing a rash. Hard to tell from your brief description what it might be. Acne is common on shoulders but isn't usually very itchy. Could be 'ringworm' which is a skin fungus (tinea corporis), although that doesn't usually get sore. If they've been scratched a lot they might have become infected, which could cause pain. Many possibilities: Hives localized to the inner thighs may be due to multiple causes. The area is warm and one thigh can rub against the other. It can be due to cloth or chemicals in pants, just to give a few examples. Wear non-tight pants; when itchy, apply Sarna with pramoxime. Otherwise, keep dry with cornstarch or talc.
