Yes: The area around the bottom and upper legs is a common additional site of hfm, it just didn't make it to the label when the pattern was being named. I have a little : Rash such as you are describing could be caused by an allergy or reaction to a medication or contact dermatitis from any substance that is touching your feet/legs. If also itchy, scabies . Discuss with your internist all the meds you are taking. Platelets are important for the appropriate clotting of blood, and when your platelet count is low, you can get this typical petechial rash. One look is worth a: 1000 words. A broad differential would be; bug bites of some type, a viral rash, some broken blood vessels, contact dermatitis from some plant, localized allergic reaction.
