Some patients who take Lovenox (enoxaparin) and other medications derived from Heparin can get a reaction called hit (heparin induced thrombocytopenia) which results in low platelets. Possibly allergic: Chicken pox usually causes tiny blisters, initially just a few. Second cases of chicken pox are NOT unusual. The description of your lesions makes the disease unlikely. Other viral disease, particularly in summer are a possibility. Allergic reactions usually itch; a drug reaction would be another possibility. Scabies: If the dots are very itchy then they probably are scabies. Usually the would occur on exposed areas of the body where you may have had direct contact with your sister's skin, like the hands or forearms.
