Too much cleanser: This may not seem intuitive but the cleanser itself may be the problem, . Both salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide (the likely ingredients of the cleanser) can irritate or dry the skin. You may be too aggressive as well cleansing too often. Try switching from one ingredient to the other and if still not better a prescription topical antibiotic for acne may help. ...Read more

Not Sure: When you have bumps that come and go quickly, it is unlikely that it is a harmful condition. Some possibilities include a contact or irritant dermatitis, and hives. There are rare instances where people are allergic or get rashes to water. As for the dry skin, i like for my patients to apply creams or moisturizers within 5 minutes of bath or shower- cerave & cetaphil are good starting points. ...Read more

Shaving problems: Shaving with a dull razor or shaving without lubricant can cause the base of the hairs to get pulled slightly out of the shaft, causing redness, irritation, pustules and ingrown hairs.
