Purple spot: if it is a single small purple spot it is likely a type of benign nevus or hemangioma. A hickey would generally be at least 2-3 cm in diameter, and that is not "small" by dermatologic standards. if it gets larger, changes colors, etc, it should be examined and possibly biopsied by a physician. ...Read more

BUTTOCK ACNE: While it's not a common area to get acne, it can occur there. Sweating can plug up the oil glands in the skin of the buttocks causing this problem. Use an acne wash, apply an otc benzoyl peroxide cream on it twice daily and stop eating nuts and peanut butter. Also cut out all chocolate, and reduce the milk, cheese, and dairy intake.
