Needs to be examined: Based on the medications that you are taking, i suspect you have diabetic features, thus any non healing blister in a diabetic is concerning for circulatory problems. Dyshidrotic eczema: (google it) is a common condition that can produce these blisters, usually itchy and can occur if you are washing your hands often. Using glycerin soap, cool water to wash hands, applying hand moisturizers frequently and perhaps some cortisone cream should help. Cool water: Cool water or holding an unopened popsicle may help with pain relief, as will ibuprofen. Do not pop the blisters. As long as they are intact, you don't worry so much about infection. Once the blisters rupture on their own, trim away the dead skin (nail scissors are good for this) and keep the wound clean. It sounds like a second degree burn which should not leave scars on the fingertips. ...Read more
