Seen a Doctor lately: If your lymph glands are enlarged and growing bigger, you need to have them checked by your physician. Abcess.: Sounds like you have a small abcess. Pain may be relieved by incision although it is by no means necessary. May use hot compresses several times a day until this "points" and ruptures on its own. The fact that pain is bad indicates that may be soon. It is remotely possible that this is a lymph node that has been very stimulated. Same treatment. See someone if not improving. ...Read more
