I've got a small lump on my neck that moves around and can see slightly by other people, I've had to for about 6 months now?
Neck lump: Hello~ it depends where the lump is and how big is it. If its on either side of the windpipe, its probably the thyoid. If is under the jaw, its probably a lymph or salivary gland.
