I have two small hard unmovable and painless lumps on each upper thighs. A similar lump on left hip. Huge lum. behind stomach fat. Hurts when pressed?

Have it checked by -: your PCP and then a surgeon. It should be investigated and possibly removed or biopsied, or aspirated. Ganglion cysts: Most likely they are ganglion cysts. It is pretty common to get one at your wrist. As far as collar bone goes, it depends on where it is located. If it is more towards your shoulder at the ac joint then it is more likely to be a small ganglion.
