I have a small hard lump on my vagina, slightly above my clitoris. It hurts but a warm compress so I can extract a small bit of pus. What do I do?

Warm compress: A warm compress is a good home remedy, or you could sit in a bathtub of warm water (add a little epson salt or sea salt to the water). If a little pus is coming out on it's own, then you could encourage the rest to come out with a little firm pressure, avoid squeezing the lump hard - if it is ready to drain it will not require a lot of pressure.
