I get very bad red itchy bumps after shaving my pubic area which I believe is folliculitis. Should I just pluck the infected hair out?
Folliculitis: You are correct about the folliculitis. However, I don't recommend wasting your time plucking them out individually. 19 year old female, not sexually active. Noticed red itchy bumps in pubic area, they only go away if I shave. Regrowth of hair, itching & bumps reoccur?
I have red itchy bumps on my pubic area im real worried but they don't seem to be an STD they look more like boils and there on my penis i just started using antibiotic cream and they dry out what should I do
It sounds like they are responding to the antibiotic cream, however that may not be enough. You are likely dealing with abscesses or boils. Did you recently shave? This is a common precursor to infection. Please visit your doctor because std'd still need to be ruled out. If it is bacterial your doctor may put you on oral antibiotics. It is always best to have a doctor examine you in these types of instances.

Hi i have this small itchy bumps with white top on my left cheeks scattering all over my face 2 days now.
More details: Since only the left cheek is affected (or is the whole face involved?), I suspect that this may be from a sensitivity to sunlight. You may well need to consult a dermatologist. ...Read more
