This is difficult: to diagnose here without seeing the rash. Did you have any new exposures to foods, soaps, shampoos, medications? Are you sick with a fever or other symptoms? A cortisone cream might help, but it would be best to see your doctor or a dermatologist to be properly diagnosed and treated. Hope it's better soon. Finally, if all of that doesn't make the diagnosis a biopsy is necessary, where a doctor (pathologist) can look under a microscope and tell you what it is.
