I have some small red itchy bumps on the back of my hand. They come and go every week or so. What is this?

Hand eczema: The most common causes are irritant (too much hand washing) or contact allergy. Pay attention to the type of soap and hand preparation to see it changing the brand would help (no scented, anti-bacterial soap) or gel). If you wash you hands too often, consider wearing a non-latex glove on some of the chores and apply a lotion after washing whenever possible as well as reducing hand washing

Hand dermatitis: This could be a contact allergy/dermatitis or possibly dyshidrotic eczema. Without having history or direct examination, rashes are difficult to accurately diagnose.

Pus: Is it actually pus or more of a clear yellow fluid? This may well be worth a visit to a dermatologist.

What are these small itchy bumps on the back of my hand the suddenly appear out of no where?

Itchy bumps: These itchy bumps may be insect bites or hives. The latter would suggest an allergic reaction. Antihistamine medications like benadryl (causes drowsiness) or claritin (nondrowsy) should relieve itching. If these bumps continue to appear, have them examined by your physician or dermatologist.

? allergic reaction: Would consider if there are any new soaps, detergents, products that hand has been exposed to since it is in a localized area. You could try some hydrocortisone cream. If it continues please see your primary care physician.

What are small red itchy bumps on palms of hands? Some tiny bit raised some under skin.

Bumpy rash: A rash is best diagnosed and treated when a physician can actually look at it. It could be hives but it could also be a contact dermatitis or infection.

Small red raised itchy bumps on hands and feet for 2 weeks. Has about 20. No improvement with steroid cream. Dr has no idea what they are.

Possible infection: Do the bumps come and go? If so, then they may be hives that would respond more effectively to antihistamines like Benadryl (diphenhydramine) or zyrtec. If they remain in place and develop any white or black heads, then a topical antibiotic like Bacitracin or prescription bactroban applied twice daily would help.

3 days after sex I got small itchy bumps and few blisters on my arms, thighs, legs, hand and feet (not on my genitals or mouth), could this be herpes?

3 days after sex I got small itchy bumps and few blisters on my arms, thighs, legs, hand and feet (not on my genitals or mouth), could this be herpes?

Herpes simplex: That is certainly possible, but without seeing the rash it would be foolish to try and diagnose it. It may not have had anything to do with the sex and you may have chicken pox or some other illness, or this may be a contact dermatitis.

Small itchy bumps on my knuckle?

Small itchy bumps on my knuckle?

Itchy bumps: Small bumps can occur on the skin for a variety of reasons, but when they are "ichy" it is usually an indication that they are a "reaction" to something - an "allergy". You may be allergic to something that your skin is coming in contact with like a soap or lotion - could also be clothing. Try to find out what is causing the reaction, eliminate it, and see if it gets better. Steroid cream may help.

Red itchy bumps on my wrist it started off small and now expanded into more and the original one is swolen. I pulled weeds a week b4 symptoms?

Poison ivy?: Sounds typical for poison ivy. Topical otc hydrocorticone would be helpful, but be sure to wash any clothes, bedding etc that may have come into contact. Difficult to know for sure without examining the rash and knowing more about your history. Good luck!

Ever since I started minocycline, have developed small itchy bumps all over index finger. Allergic reaction or a common side effect of minocycline?

Could be: And could be not, it isn't a common side effect, and if an allergic reaction why would be localized to your index finger, the only way to know is to hold taking the medicine for few days, and tell your prescribing doctor about it
