Lymph node: Assuming it is on the grion area on left and not actually on penis, it could be swollen lymph node. Other possibility is small abscess, folliculitis,etc. If painful, growing in size then i would seek doctor visit for further eval. May also recommend send pic if doing virtual consult. ...Read more

They can be stable, or enlarge and get inflamed, and sometimes drain on their own. If you have a painful, inflamed, or enlarging lesion on the penis, see your physician for evaluation. Grinding teeth?: There are a number of possibilities here, however if you find yourself grinding your teeth while sleeping or if putting gentle pressure on the lump as you open and close your jaw you may have inflammation of your TMJ. Anti inflammatories like ibuprofen may help some. If check with your dentist. Other masses in the area (parotid gland) generally wouldn't contribute to headaches. ...Read more
