Would a lumbar sympathetic block help with small fiber neuropathy pain and burning of the lower extremities?
Neuropathy: I don't believe the block will help. I would however make sure you r/o reversible causes of neuropathy such as heavy metals (need to do provocative urine test), inflammation (c-rp 800), hypothyroidism (ft3>3.0).
