Whats causing red blood shot dry eyes with constant hard crust in eyes with bumps top and bottom of eyelid?

I recommend you see an ophthalmologist for further evaluation as you may need additional diagnosis and treatment. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

Eyes are almost always irritated. Dry, watery, red, small amounts of mucus. Have allergies and dry eyes. Eye drops don't always help. Best solution?
Initial thoughts: Really need to examine the eyes to know what is going on here. Ithcy/watery eyes generally indicate allergy. Mucus stranding can be a sign of more severe allergy. Sometimes, the eyes become dry as a side effect of antihistamines (and maybe poor hydration) taken for allergies. Your eye drops may be of too little potency or may not be targeting true cause. ...Read more
