Circular rash: May be fungal like ringworm. Ring shaped rash: Sounds like this could be ring worm- a fungal infection if the skin. It's quite common esp in hot environments, and if contact with kids. It : It sounds like a fungal rash (tinea corporis). Try an over the counter anti-fungal cream; Clotrimazole twice a day is a good choice. If there is no improvenment in 1-2 weeks then Hydrocortisone up to four times a day may work if it is a dermatitis or an eczematous rash.
