Depends.: It's hard to say without looking at it. Most lumps and bumps in young people are nothing to be concerned about. Please get it ..,,,: Checked. A growth is concerning. However the fact that it's painful makes me think it might be epididymitis (inflammation of the sperm ducts) rather than a tumor. Either are treatable, but you need to catch the latter early. Good job on doing self exams ! ...Read more
