Location?: If it is on the side but in the back of your vaginal opening it could be a bartholins cyst. It may require drainage but before that try doing site baths twice a day. This may help in opening it up. ...Read more

Wart?: without a picture to look at or being able to see it and feel it in person it is difficult to say exactly what this is. Commonly it could be a wart.
