I had a small painful bump under my chin a couple weeks ago and now its no longer there. What could it have been?
My son has small wart like bumps under chin and on neck. When they are popped, a tiny hard white ball comes out and it bleeds. What is it?

Possibly: Without knowing what else is going on it is difficult to diagnose. Since it occurred rapidly it is likely to be a lymph node reacting to some local inflammatory process, either in the oral cavity or surrounding areas.
