My friend has about 5 Canker sores on & around her tongue about 2 weeks after oral sex. Also small red bumps on roof of mouth. Could it be related?

Sounds like: It could be a Herpes virus infection..... would suggest your "friend" have an "intimate" conversation with her PCP about these "cankers"! There is medication for such lesions!

See Dentist ASAP: See your Dentist as soon as you can for examination, diagnosis and treatment. The swollen node could be from many things, not necessarily related to the mouth conditions. Gum tissue coloration varies and may be something more noticeable due to the recession or a calculus buildup. Palatal bumps could be from a number of things, as well.
