there are only a few that can cause exudative pharyngitis as you described. Obviously one of them is strep. Resistance to penicillin now is high, the dose you have is low, and due to possible complications of this infection, it is best you are treated right, and right the first time.

I woke up with a lump behind my ear at the jaw. It has been burning. soar throat. Times of burning throw out my body. Burning in ear. No ear infection?

See your doctor

Head-jaw
Lump behind the ear, sore throat, ear burning suggest active inflammation if not infection. Throat infections can cause these symptoms. You should see your doctor. An examination is essential for diagnosis.

Visited an ENT for reoccurring swollen, sore throats, and step throat. He paid me no attention and said come back. I decided to go to an ENT because I want to have my tonsils removed. Since childhood I have suffered from reoccurring sore throats, strep th

I'm sorry you had this bad experience. It sounds like you have more than an adequate history and continuation of symptoms to justify the procedure. If you were dissatisfied with the time spent with your ENT, or perceived an unwillingness to offer you a fair explanation of his rationale for not offering surgery as an alternative, I personally would seek a second opinion elsewhere. Before getting another ENT opinion, it may be worthwhile to discuss your problems and concerns with the prospective physician over the phone to assess his receptivity to offering you a tonsillectomy.

Sore throat with white spots on my tonsils. Went to the clinic and tested negative for mono and strep. Was given penicillin but the sore throats back?

Virus

Neck-throat
If you were negative for strep, you didn't need penicillin. If it's back, it's because it was probably a virus. Or you you were re-exposed to another agent. Depends on timing.

I was diagnosed with the flu. Yet the test came back negative. I have a fever of over 100, aches, chills, bloody mucus, soar throat. Is this the flu?

Influenza

This illness is caused by a virus and it can be simulated by other viruses like parainfluenza, adenovirus, enteroviruses, and so on. Do not know what test was done and whether it has a high false negative frequency, but it does sound like you have a flu-like illness for which antibiotics are unnecessary.
