Not likely: Focus on making sure your inflammatory bowel disease is well controlled and overall good health. That means making sure you have good nutrition, are physically active, sleeping well and have good social support. Try to avoid for looking for too much pharmacotherapy for good health. Maybe: Slight bleeding could be from hemorrhoids or other anal condition. Cirrhosis can cause abnormally enlarged veins to occur in the gastrointestinal tract that could bleed.
